We typically respond to all Financial Assistance Program (FAP) requests within 72 hours. Please be sure to block out any sensitive information before sending, for example; social security numbers.
Low Income Assistance
If you are at or under the federal poverty level you may be eligible to receive a discounted rate on our products. To apply for financial assistance on our products we will need a copy of an official government document showing you receive low income benefits. This information can be sent as a scan, photo or screenshot. Please make sure any sensitive information has been blacked out before sending.
- Acceptable documents include: SSI Award Letter, LEAP, SNAP, etc.
United States Veteran Assistance
We are happy to help anyone that has served our country, it is the least we can do to recognize the appreciation of your service. All US Military Veterans may be eligible to receive a discounted rate on our products. To apply for Veteran Financial Assistance we will need a copy of your Military ID, VA Card or DD214. This information can be sent as a scan, photo or screenshot. Please make sure any sensitive information has been blacked out before sending.
- Acceptable documents include: Military ID, VA Card or DD214
Long Term Disability Assistance
Medically long term disabled customers may also be eligible for a discount on our products.
- Acceptable documents include: Government issued document that shows you are receiving disability.
First Responder Discount
We truly appreciate the sacrifice you make every day to support your communities, therefore all paid or volunteer Firefighters, Police — including Police Officers, Sheriffs and Sheriff’s Deputies, Correctional Officers, State Troopers and Federal Law Enforcement Officers — EMTs/Paramedics and 911 Dispatchers are eligible for a significant discount on our products.
