Excellent! Full Spectrum 1000 - helps anxiety
I use the Full Spectrum 1000 1/2 dropper in the evening. Helps with rest and anxiety. Light taste - you get use to it - not bad. Love that it is on organic and not highly processed! Have been using for about 4 years. Very effective. Great company! love it!
